Rocky- welcome to adulthood ELP, I saw a study the other day that said the ratio for the entire Appalachian region had been 33%/66% since the origional studies were done in the 60s. The study was done by someone talking about bringing more jobs to the coal regions and if there had ever been any success, since the first president took a trip thru South East Kentucky.
